How to cancel your appointment?
In effort to provide a reliable and prompt service, we ask you to notify us of changes at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, call us at least 3 hours before the appointment. If your call is not answered, please leave a voicemail.
As a token of respect for our technician’s time and travel expenses, if you cancel or change your appointment in less then 3 hours from your scheduled time, a service fee of $80 + tax will be charged.
